Five apartments of 25 to 39 m², spread across the same Lyon building, were fully renovated — structure, flooring, bathrooms, kitchens, and interior design.
Intended as student housing, the challenge was to maximise storage without sacrificing the feeling of space. Flooring was completely replaced throughout. Kitchens and bathrooms were entirely redesigned.
The decoration was developed to bring coherence to the whole while giving each apartment its own character. The base is restrained — white, pale wood — with colour accents to break the monotony, and silver or gold kitchen splashbacks to bring in light.
